Words are the keys to unlocking emotions.
Emotions govern our biochemistry.
We use words all the time, hushed and aloud,
The words we use shape how others perceive us and how we perceive ourselves.
Words can offer comfort, nurturance, healing, and life, or they can harbor hate, malice, and death.
The struggle we face as human beings is choosing which words to water.
Do we give life or death?
This simple yet impactful way in which we orient ourselves toward words and language can determine so much from the health of our relationships, our own physical health, and the quality of our lives.
